Soup of the Day
Kavun
(melon) and Port

Karışık Mezeler (mixed hors d’oeuvres)

Imam Bayıldı(stuffed aubergine)

Sarmısaklı Mantar (garlic mushrooms)

Mitite Köfte  (small lamb meat balls charbroiled with Turkish herbs and spices with a hint of garlic)

Deep Fried Calamari (served with tartar sauce)

 

Traditional Roast Turkey

Antalya Special (a large knuckle of lamb on the bone, cooked with special sauce and vegetables, served with rice & potatoes

Mixed Kebabs (selection of shish kofte, chicken and lamb cutlets, grilled and served with rice)

Chicken Kebab (marinated cubes of chicken with onions, green peppers and mushrooms charbroiled and served with rice)

Lamb Shish Kebab (marinated, skewered fillet of lamb charbroiled with green peppers, onions and mushrooms served with rice)

Et Sauté (lean cubes of lamb cooked with mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, covered with creamed garlic sauce served with rice)

Chicken Sauté (cubes of chicken cooked with mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, topped with creamed garlic sauce served with rice)

Halibut Steak or Charbroiled Salmon

(v) Vegetarian Musakka (layers of aubergine, sliced sauté potatoes topped with béchamel sauce & parmesan cheese in a clay dish)

(v) Vegetable Güveç (seasonal fresh vegetables cooked in a clay dish served with rice)

(v) Stuffed Green Peppers (Whole green peppers stuffed with potatoes, crushed wheat, parsley, onions, pine nuts, and mint cooked in olive oil served with rice or salad
