COLD STARTERS

Avocado Prawns
Mix Meze – small portions of chef’s selections of favourite starters
Patlican Kızartma – pre fried sieved aubergine cooked with onions, green peppers and fresh tomato and tomato puree with a hint of garlic
Humus – grounded chick peas mixed in tahini, lemon, olive oil and a hint of garlic
Cacik – finely diced cucumber mixed in yogurt with garlic and a hint of olive oil

 

HOT STARTERS

Şehriyelli Tavuk Çorba – Rice vermicelli chicken soup
Mercimek Çorba – Lentil soup
Ciğer – Marinated lambs liver, sauted with onions green peppers and garlic
Sıgara Börek – Minced lamb sauted in tomato puree, finely chopped onions, green peppers, garlic and oriental herbs – sauted mixture rolled in filio pastry deep fried
Grilled Helloumi
Calamari – squid marinated in soda water and milk, coated with flour deep fried and served with tatar sauce
Falafel – deep fried mixture vegetables with ground spicy chick peas and beans served with humus
Muska Börek – finely chopped parsley mixed with fetta cheese wrapped in filio pastry and deep fried


MAIN COURSE

Incik – a large knuckle of very tender lamb on the bone, cooked in the oven with a special sauce and and vegetables, served with rice and potato
Tandır (Lamb Shoulder) - Marinated lamb with turkish herbs, slow cooked in oven served with home made special sauce, rice and boiled vegetables
Gülaş (Ottoman Stew) – Chunks of lamb sauted in onion, garlic and turkish herbs and placed on mash potato with grated cheese (optional) , sprinkle of fresh dill, served with boiled vegetables
Sirloin Steak – served with sauted onions, mushrooms, green pepper and baby potatoes
Mixed Kebab – skewered marinated cubes of lamb, chicken, kofte and lamb chop chargrilled, served with rice
Ispanaklı Tavuk – Sauted onion, garlic, mushroom and spinach, stuffed and and wrapped in half chicken breast, served with rice and boiled vegetables
Chicken Anatolia – cubes of chicken with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, cheese tomato puree, garlic and cream sauce, served with rice
Chef’s Special – marinated sliced chicken breast, chargrilled topped with sauted cream sauce, garlic and mushroom, served with rice
Chicken Makarna – chunks of chicken prepared with onions, garlic, green peppers in a special herb sauce served with turkish style macaroni
Tavuk Şiş – skewered marinated cubes of chicken chargrilled served with rice
Musakka – Pre fried sieved diced aubergine and sliced potatoes covered with sauted minced meat in a special home made sauce topped with beschamel
Veg Musakka – pre fried sieved diced aubergine and sliced potatoes, courgettes, green beans and vermicelli sauted in a special home made sauce topped with baschamel sauce and parmesan cheese melt, served with rice
Veg Makarna – Brocolli and cauliflower cooked in turkish style pasta sauce topped with vegetarian cheese & beschamel sauce
Fillet Seabass Buğlama – slow oven cooked seabass in cream sauce with onions, tomato, green peppers, garlic and dill, served with rice or sauted cream spinach
