Karides Kokteyl (prawn cocktail)

Kavun (melon) and Port

Karιşιk Mezeler (mixed hors d'oeuvres)

Humus (chick peas, tahini, lemon, olive oil and hint of garlic)

Patlιcan Kιzartma (fried aubergines with yoghurt, onions and tomato purée with a hint of garlic

Ciğer (lambs liver sauté with onions, green peppers and garlic)

Sigara Börek (filo pastry filled with minced lamb and Turkish herbs)

Mitite Köfte (small lamb meat balls charbroiled with Turkish herbs and a hint of garlic)

Sarmısaklı Mantar (garlic mushrooms)

Deep Fried Calamari (fried squid marinated in vodka served with tartar sauce)

Chefs Special (chicken breast, cooked with tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, Turkish herbs, hint of garlic in cream sauce)

Antalya Special (a large knuckle of lamb on the bone, cooked with special sauce and vegetables, served with rice & potatoes)

Steak Antalya (sirloin steak cooked with mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes with a hint of garlic served with chips or rice)

Lamb Shish Kebab (marinated, skewered fillet of lamb charbroiled with green peppers, onions and mushrooms served with rice)

Güveç (lean cubes of lamb cooked in a clay dish with onions, green peppers and tomatoes served with rice)

Musakka (layers of aubergine, potatoes, courgettes, minced lamb topped with béchamel sauce)

Iskender Kebab (lamb, chicken and köfte cooked in a clay dish with special sauce served on pitta bread, garlic yogurt and aubergine)

Et Sauté (lean cubes of lamb cooked with mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, covered with creamed garlic sauce served with rice)

Mixed Kebabs (selection of shish köfte, chicken and lamb cutlets charbroiled and served with rice)

Halibut Steak or Charbroiled Salmon
